Return & Refund Policy

At Modapulse, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ve made our return process as straightforward as possible. Please review the following policy for full details:


Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Certain products—such as personalized, custom-made, or intimate items—may not be returnable due to hygiene or customization reasons.


Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Unfortunately, returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.


Return Authorization

Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without an RA number may not be processed.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Please note:

  • Deductions may apply for restocking fees, return shipping, or applicable taxes, if relevant.

  • Refunds are based on the actual amount paid, including for items bought on sale.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.

  2. Contact your financial institution — some processing delays may apply.

  3. If the issue persists, reach out to our customer service team for assistance.


Sale Items

Discounted or sale items may be returned, but refunds will reflect the discounted price paid, not the original retail price.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item (for example, for a different size or color), please contact us. Product availability may vary, and you may be responsible for:

  • Any price difference, and

  • Additional shipping costs related to the exchange.


How to Return an Item

  1. Request an RA number from our customer service team and follow the return instructions provided.

  2. Repack the item securely in its original or suitable alternative packaging. Include all tags, accessories, or documentation.

  3. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship the item to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.


Restocking Fee

Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee to cover inspection and handling. The fee amount varies depending on the product type and condition, and our customer service team will inform you of any applicable charges during the return process.


Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping, which may be deducted from your refund.
